The prices are in Euro, per apartment per stay, for the indicated number of guests on regular beds and include:

• The corresponding number of nights with breakfast in the restaurant "Tarcin" (accommodation on BB - bed and breakfast *;
• The corresponding number of nights with breakfast and dinner in the restaurant "Tarcin" (for accommodation on HB - half board)*;
• Festive Easter Dinner on 12.04.2026 in Tarcin Restaurant;
• Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and safe in the apartment;
• Use of SPA center "Thera SPA by Regnum" - indoor pool with children's section, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam bath, relaxation area, fitness center;
• Use of “Regnum Banya Thermal”, Banya village – outdoor swimming pool, spring tub, Jacuzzi, steam bath sauna;
• Free shuttle bus from/to Regnum Banya Thermal (on schedule);
• Children's room & Easter Animations for children;
• Outdoor 24-hour parking (subject to availability);
• Tourist insurance, 9% VAT and tourist tax;

Additional information:

The above rates do not include a local tourist tax for children up to 6 years old, which is EUR 1.34 per day.
Single accommodation is charged at 80% of the regular room rate.
Supplement for a Suite with Mountain View - EUR 6.00 per night.

Reservations, Payment & Cancellations Policy:
A 50% deposit is required for guarantee of the reservation.

Changes and cancellations of reservations without penalty - up to 7 days before the date of arrival;

Cancellations and changes after this period - penalty 1 night.

Payment of the remaining amount of the reservation before check-in.

In case of non-arrival - the paid deposit is non-refundable.

In case of shortening the stay during the stay – the prepaid amount is non-refundable.
